SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping Options: Chicas & Brides uses the United States Postal Service 2-3 Day Priority Mail as our preferred shipping method. This ensures our customers a reliable and cost-effective way of shipping their orders. A tracking number, issued by the USPS, will be sent with every order.
We also offer shipping via UPS for our expedited shipments. You may request UPS 2nd Day Air, for an additional charge. ALWAYS include a physical address when placing your order.
Shipping Time: Chicas & Brides keeps a large amount of products in stock at our premises. The remaining items we carry will ship directly from our distribution centers. Most items we carry will take between 3-5 business days to ship, unless otherwise indicated in the product description. Personalized orders generally take a little longer to process, please check the product description for availability.
If an item ordered is either out-of-stock or on back-order, we will notify you as soon as possible via telephone or email.
RUSH orders are available. If you need your order shipped sooner than our normal processing times, please let us know and we will be happy to work with you to expedite your order.
Shipping of Chocolate Products: First, we highly recommend shipping to an address where someone will be able to receive the package when it is delivered. We suggest shipping to a work place or arranging for someone to be home on the date you expect your delivery. Chocolate left outside your home all day may be damaged by weather that is too hot, cold, rainy or humid. We are NOT responsible for packages left at your door or outside your home. Again, if you are not home when your package is delivered, please arrange for someone else to be there to receive your package!
We ship ALL chocolate products with Gel Ice Packs between May and October regardless of the destination. They last between 24-36 hours. There is no aditional charge for Ice Packs. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE GROUND SHIPMENTS of Chocolate Products between May and October, regardless of destination. Southern CA residents may choose Ground Shipping, however we are not responsible for any delays and subsequent melting that may occur for Ground Shipments. Only Premium Air Service is guaranteed by our carrier to arrive to you within the commitment time.
Please note that if your destination is over 75 Degrees Fahrenheit, we strongly advise that you select an appropriate shipping method (Overnight or 2-Day Air*) to ensure proper delivery of your chocolate product. Currently, the shipping charges for 2nd Day Air is $20.00 and Overnight is $26.00. The shipping charges are subject to change without notice. We cannot guarantee the freshness of your product if Ground shipping is chosen. REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES CANNOT BE MADE FOR GROUND SHIPMENTS IF YOUR PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED. We reserve the right to add additional shipping charges to your order, to ensure that your chocolate products arrive fresh!
We guarantee our products against melting ONLY when shipped via Priority Overnight Shipping.
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. UPS is currently charging approximately $10 (or more) for address changes or corrections. We reserve the right to pass along the address correction fee to our customers.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. We pride ourselves in the quality of our merchandise; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange or accept a return based on the following:
a. You contact us immediately, but no later than 3 days from receipt of your order, to obtain a Return Authorization number
b. You return the item(s) to us in perfect, unworn, unaltered condition AND in the original condition and packaging
c. You return the item(s) within 5 days from the day the Return Authorization was issued
Please be aware that returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet this criteria. For your protection, on return shipments, please use a carrier who can provide you with a tracking number for your shipment. We are not responsible for return shipments lost or not delivered to us. Please be very careful when sending return shipments.
